TESA RUGOSURF 90G Roughness Gauge

Small-size, versatile roughness tester providing maximum ease of use.  Ideally suited for high-precision measurements on the shop floor or in the measurement laboratory.

  • Measuring span 1000 µm.
  • Interchangeable probe stylus, with or without contact skid.

  • SB60/10 standard probe, with or without contact skid
  • Probe holder with two positions - locked for probe without skid

  • Guiding column, measuring travel 90 mm
  • Battery charger, 110 to 240V, 50/60 Hz   

 TESA Profile Set 2mm  - The solution for profile measurement up to 2mm (Z) or 50mm (X).  Full set consisting of: - SB2000 probe, Z = 2mm,  - Profile studio software, - USB cable,  - Reference test block, inspection report.

Probe with contact skid - for surfaces and bores with diameter to greater than 10mm (external) or from greater than 6mm (internal).

Probe without contact skid - for surfaces, profiles and small bores with diameter form 2 mm.
